Every item that we produce is unique in its engraving. Because of this we do not operate this site as an e-commerce site. Instead we offer a personal service to ensure your order arrives when and how you require.

Ordering and enquiring is easy:

Once you have selected the item you are interested in click on it and a larger image together with an enquiry form will appear.

Fill in your name, contact telephone number and email address.

In the Inscription box type in the text for engraving.

In the Additional Comments box give us any extra information such as when you require it by, any logos you may want to send or a font style you may wish us to use.

Click Submit

Once we have your enquiry we will respond as soon as possible by emailing an artwork proof. This is our interpretation of your instructions and will show what the engraving will look like.

Reply to this email with any alterations you may wish, or confirming this is correct. Please provide a delivery address at this stage.

Once confirmed we will proceed with the engraving.

When complete we will email your invoice and contact you by telephone for payment and to arrange a convenient delivery day.
